One-Time Purchases

One-time orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us at hello@bujiprovisions.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

If you've signed up for a recurring order, you can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by emailing hello@bujiprovisions.com. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order date to take effect for that cycle. If your next order has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

No cancellation fees apply.
