Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times vary by region:
- Quebec & Ontario: 3–5 business days
- Western Canada: 5–8 business days
- Atlantic Canada & Northern regions: 5–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at hello@bujiprovisions.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and any relevant photos.
